How much does the Membership cost and how long does it last?

The Membership fee is currently $25 per year. Your Membership will expire 12 months after the date of purchase, on the last day of the calendar month in which it was purchased.

Will I receive a Cross Stitch Collectibles Member Card in the mail?

Not at this time.  Instead, when you purchase your membership, you will receive an email confirmation with your Member Login and Password.  Your email confirmation is your proof of membership.  You will use this information to sign into the Cross Stitch Collectibles website to receive your member discounts.

Can I use my Cross Stitch Collectibles Membership for orders placed via phone, mail or fax?

Yes.  Your membership may be used to get discounts on every order:  online orders, phone orders, mailorders and faxed orders.  Simply enter your login and password on the order form.

All you need to supply is your name, mailing address, email address and credit card billing information. In order to assist us in tailoring the Cross Stitch Collectibles Member Program to better serve you, we may also ask you for other information from time to time.

What if I join now but decide later that I no longer want to be a Member?  Can I get a refund on the portion of the membership that has not expired?

Yes.  You can receive a full refund if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the purchase date and you have not used your membership within that time. After 30 days, Membership fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds of the Membership fee are not available.

How will I know when my Membership expires?

You will be sent an email when you purchase your membership, stating the expiration date of your membership.  To provide uniinterrupted  benefits, memberships are automatically renewed unless you contact us before the expiration date to cancel your membership.
